2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Orders will only be processed upon confirmation and clearing of payment.
2.3 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
2.4 We are not liable for delays due to Shipping Details entered with incomplete addresses/invalid email addresses/wrong contact numbers, etc.
3.1 Payments must be settled within TWO(2) business days from the time the email confirmation was sent. Payments may be made through bank deposit at BPI or BDO or online transfers through their other banking channels like web and mobile banking, and other payment gateways like G-cash, LBC Pesopak Delivery and Credit Card via Paypal (subject to paypal transaction fees). Once payment is completed via bank deposit, G-cash or LBC, please fill-up our Payment Form for your order/s to be processed. If no payment is received within the given lead time, the order will be automatically cancelled and the items shall be re-listed in the shop.
3.2 For paypal payments, you will be directed to a secure 128 bit SSL payment page hosted by PayPal upon checkout. Paypal payments are processed through their secured servers, thus, it offers buyer protection and security. No Paypal signup is necessary as you can do so via “Checkout as Guest”.
4.1 All shipping fees shall be shouldered by the buyer. Metro Manila – Philippine orders will be sent through Fastrack. All Provincial -Philippine orders will be sent thru XEND. International orders will be sent through Premium Registered Mail thru XEND.
4.2 All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Should your shipment be delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately. Orders are not delivered on Sunday or holidays. Philippine orders can be monitored anytime by logging in to your account. Tracking number will also be advised once it’s dispatched. We do not provide tracking numbers for packages going outside of the Philippines. Once your package shipped, you will receive an email notification.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays by the courier or postal service or customs, or lost or stolen packages or damages during transit.
Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
6.1 We are only happy if you are happy. If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your order, and would like an exchange or refund, please contact Support within five business days of receiving your package with your order ID # and reason for exchange/return. Shipping cost of the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.
6.2 Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after it has been received by us.
All prices shown are fixed. Discounts and other promotions are offered at random times and shall be announced on our website, Facebook Page and Instagram accounts. For wholesale intentions, please contact us.
Perceived color in the photo may vary from the actual item due to the translation limitations of photography and different monitor resolution settings. Most photos are SOOC (straight out of camera) and minor edits are done for borders, captions, etc. but not on the picture composition itself.
9.1 We may collect personal identification information from Users through registration on the site, placing an order, filling out a form, subscribing to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.
